The game puts a club or a national team up for auction. Example: AS Roma.
Players take turns. Raise the bid, or fold. Bids start at 1. Each turn has a 10-second clock; if it runs out you fold. Last bidder standing takes the challenge. If nobody knows the team and everyone folds before the first bid, the lot is withdrawn and nobody scores.
Alex bids 5 → Sam bids 7 → Alex folds → Sam must name 7.
Beat the round timer. Type names, say them to the mic, or (Party referee mode) shout them while friends tap Correct or Wrong. Surnames work. Accents are optional: “Schar” and “Schaer” both find Fabian Schär. Small typos get a “Did you mean…?” prompt.
On the result screen the host can overturn a call: remove a dodgy answer or allow a rejected one.
Classic Blitz with betting-style odds. Every club gets a coefficient from how hard its squad is to name: Real Madrid ×1.0, Nottingham Forest ×1.6, Brentford ×2.2. When you hit your bid, your points (every name you said) are multiplied by the odds. Missing still costs half your bid. National teams always pay ×1.0.
Pick a formation, then fill all 11 places. For every pick you spin an era and a club, then sign one of their players — each shows his rating and position (EA FC-like scale). You can skip three bad spins. Then your XI plays the season: 38 Premier League matches, or the Champions League (league phase, play-offs, knockouts, final). A title, an unbeaten season and especially a perfect 38-0 pay coins and achievements.
Take a small club from a top-5 league or the bottom of the Russian Premier League and coach it season after season with this year’s squads. Sign up to 6 and sell up to 5 players in each summer and winter window (the board demands 2 signings from a mid-table club, 3 from a top club every summer). Pick a formation and a focus — league, cups and Europe, or balanced. Play the league, the national cup and the Champions, Europa or Conference League; see the top scorer and the champions at the end. Meet the board’s objectives, earn coins and trophies — do well and two bigger clubs make an offer; do badly and you are dismissed.
Two players draft with the same spins and the better squad wins a simulated two-legged match. Quick match is ranked in the separate Coaches table (Elo, leaving costs 35 points); rooms with a code are unranked.
Coins come from 38-0 / Draft, the coach career, duels and achievements. In the shop they buy name styles (club colours with the club’s legends in the background), badges, and pitches or stadiums that change the ground behind the game. Golden letters are given for a perfect 38-0 season.
A club or national team is drawn. Players take turns naming one of its players — one name per turn, each name only once. A wrong spelling doesn’t cost you, you can try again while your clock runs. Run out of time, or give up, and you’re out of this lot. The last one left wins it: +1 for every name you gave, +3 for winning the lot. Most points after all lots wins.
Noughts and crosses for two players. Clubs on the rows, countries on the columns. On your turn, claim an empty square by naming a player who fits both (e.g. Ivory Coast + Roma → Gervinho), or steal your opponent’s square by naming a different player who fits it. A player can only be used once per board. Three in a row wins the match; if nobody makes a line before the turns run out, most squares wins. Stuck on a hard board? Either player can offer a draw; if the other accepts, the match ends level.
Only Quick match (a random opponent from the internet) is ranked; rooms with friends never change your rating. Leaving a ranked match costs 35 points and gives your opponent the win. Everyone starts at 1000. At full-time each player is compared with every other: finishing above someone counts as a win against them, level on points is a draw. Beating higher-rated players earns more. New players move faster for their first 10 matches.
